We currently only offer direct delivery within Metro Manila.
2. How long does delivery take within Metro Manila?
Typically 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. What are the payment methods on your website?
We accept bank transfer payments for direct orders on pethalo.com.ph.
4. Can I return or exchange my order?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened. However, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at customercare@pethalo.com.ph.
