1. Order Cancellation Requests

• Before Shipment: You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer support immediately via email or Messenger with your order details.
• After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer allowed. You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible cases.
   

2. Cancellations by Pethalo Perfume Shop
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

• The payment was not completed within the required timeframe.
• The item is out of stock or unavailable.
• We suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorized transactions.
• Incorrect pricing or product listing due to system errors.

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund through your original payment method.

3. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation request is approved before shipping, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
